Terms of Service
Beta Version 1.1 — Effective June 2026
01Beta Program & Trial Period
Metrica is currently in an active testing and onboarding phase. By registering, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the platform within your practice. In exchange for promotional access terms or your initial trial period, you agree to provide occasional feedback regarding usability and clinical workflow.
02Clinical Responsibility
Metrica is a standardized data collection and visualization tool. It does not provide medical advice, clinical interpretations, or diagnoses. The Practitioner remains solely responsible for the evaluation of patient-reported outcomes, compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, and all subsequent treatment decisions.
03Data Integrity & Locking
To maintain clinical audit standards, tracking data is automatically locked upon the completion of the 12-week cycle. You acknowledge that "Hard Deletion" of patient records is only available for active (incomplete) journeys to ensure practitioner compliance with medical record-keeping laws.
04Data Rights, Benchmarking, and Scientific Research
The Practitioner retains all rights, titles, and interest in individual raw patient information entered into the service. However, by utilizing the platform, the Practitioner grants Metrica a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, compile, and analyze clinical data solely in a completely de-identified, anonymized, and aggregated form.
Metrica guarantees that this aggregated data layer contains no personally identifiable info (PII) or protected health records. This Aggregated Data may be used to deliver peer-to-peer comparative effectiveness benchmarking metrics within the dashboard workspace, as well as for publishing statistical models and papers in peer-reviewed scientific or medical journals.
05Service Availability
As this platform evolves, Metrica does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime. While we strive for absolute reliability, we are not liable for any loss of operational data or communication delays during this period. We recommend maintaining independent clinical notes alongside your automated tracking loops.
