Beta Version 1.0 — Effective Jan 2026

01Beta Program Participation

Metrica is currently in a Beta testing phase. By registering, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the platform for up to 20 practitioners. In exchange for free access, you agree to provide occasional feedback regarding usability and clinical workflow.

02Clinical Responsibility

Metrica is a data collection and visualization tool. It does not provide medical advice or diagnoses. The Practitioner remains solely responsible for the clinical interpretation of patient-reported outcomes and any subsequent treatment decisions.

03Data Integrity & Locking

To maintain clinical audit standards, data is automatically locked upon the completion of the 12-week cycle. You acknowledge that "Hard Deletion" of patient records is only available for active (incomplete) journeys to ensure compliance with medical record-keeping laws.

04Service Availability

As this is a Beta service, Metrica does not guarantee 100% uptime. While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for any loss of data or communication delays during this testing period. We recommend maintaining independent clinical backups.
